CSV files

The CSV cleaner reads and transforms the file you select in your browser. The file contents are not sent to RowSift's application server for the cleaning and download workflow. Your browser may retain a downloaded file according to your own settings.

Information we handle

When you create or use an account, RowSift processes your account identifier and email, authentication/session data, saved cleaning destination, and subscription status and references. For a checkout or payment retry, RowSift records the account, transaction reference, time of the action, and the versions of the Terms and Refund Policy accepted. We do not receive or store full payment card numbers.

Paddle and other service providers

Paddle is the Merchant of Record for paid orders. Paddle collects and processes the billing and payment information it needs, issues receipts, and handles payment and subscription support. We share the account and transaction information needed to initiate and reconcile an order with Paddle. Our hosting provider may process request metadata such as IP address, browser details, timestamps, and security logs to operate and protect the site.

How we use information

We use account information to provide sign-in, subscription entitlement, customer-portal access, saved settings, security controls, support, and legal or accounting records. We do not sell personal information. We do not use CSV contents for advertising or model training.

Retention and security

We retain account and billing records while needed to provide the service, protect accounts, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal or accounting duties. When they are no longer needed, we delete or de-identify them where reasonably practicable. Passwords are stored as salted scrypt hashes, and session identifiers are stored as hashes. No online service can promise absolute security.

Your choices and requests

You may request access, correction, or deletion of RowSift account information by emailing highsave@gmail.com. Some billing records may need to be retained, and Paddle may hold information under its own legal obligations. You can manage or cancel a subscription through the Paddle customer portal.

Cookies, analytics, and changes

RowSift does not intentionally use advertising cookies or analytics in this release. Hosting, authentication, or payment services may use necessary technical storage or cookies. We will update this policy if our data practices materially change and identify the new effective date here.
