Terms of Use

What RowSift does

RowSift provides CSV parsing, normalization, validation, and export tools. Validation results are a technical aid, not a guarantee that a third-party platform will accept a file or that an import will produce the intended business result.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing cleaned files, keeping backups, testing high-impact imports on a small sample where possible, and understanding overwrite or update behavior in the destination platform.

Third-party platforms

RowSift is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Shopify or HubSpot. Product names are used only to describe compatible import workflows.

Pro subscription

Pro is offered for $12 USD per month with no free trial. The subscription automatically renews monthly until canceled. Applicable taxes are calculated and shown by Paddle before payment. You may cancel at any time in the Paddle customer portal; cancellation stops future renewals, and access ordinarily continues through the current paid period. A 30-day refund guarantee applies to each Pro payment under our Refund Policy. Pro currently saves your preferred cleaning destination to your account. Team and advanced workflow features are not available for purchase. Checkout may remain unavailable while configuration, testing, and seller review are completed.

Orders and seller

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle processes payments, tax where applicable, receipts, and billing support. RowSift is operated by Liu Zhongkai, an individual. Support is provided by email at highsave@gmail.com; telephone support is not currently offered.

Acceptable use and service changes

You must use RowSift lawfully, protect your account credentials, and avoid disrupting the service or attempting unauthorized access. We may change or discontinue features. We will not remove rights that applicable consumer law makes mandatory.

Disclaimers and liability

Except for rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, the service is provided as available and without a promise that a cleaned file will satisfy a specific third-party import rule. To the extent permitted by law, RowSift is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on an unreviewed CSV. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Applicable law

These Terms do not select a governing law or reduce any mandatory rights available where you live. Where applicable law requires a particular rule or forum, that law applies. For questions about these Terms, contact highsave@gmail.com.
