Refund Policy

30-day refund guarantee

If you request a refund within 30 calendar days after a RowSift Pro payment, we will refund that subscription payment through Paddle to the original payment method. The guarantee applies separately to every payment, including each monthly renewal; no reason is required. Applicable taxes are handled in the refund under Paddle's process and applicable law. This guarantee does not reduce any additional or longer rights that apply where you live.

How to request a refund

Use the refund or support link in your Paddle receipt or visit Paddle.net. If you cannot access those options, email highsave@gmail.com from the email address used for the purchase and include the Paddle transaction or receipt reference. Do not send full payment card details by email.

Paddle is the Merchant of Record and processes the refund. Paddle will issue it to the original payment method; the time for the credit to appear depends on the payment provider or bank. Paddle generally processes an approved refund within 14 days, but posting times can vary.

Canceling future renewals

You may cancel at any time using the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation stops future automatic renewals, with access normally continuing until the end of the current paid billing period. Cancellation is separate from a refund request: canceling does not automatically refund a prior payment, and a refund does not automatically cancel a subscription unless the cancellation is also requested or processed.

Statutory rights

This policy does not limit any refund, withdrawal, cancellation, or other consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or reduced where you live. If mandatory local law gives you a longer period or a different remedy, that law takes precedence over this policy.
